PRIVACY STATEMENT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 OF THE ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/03 (Personal data protection code)
 
TL.TI Expo , with registered offices in Milan, Piazzale Carlo Magno, 1 (hereinafter “TL.TI”), in its capacity as “Data Controller” in accordance with art. 4, lett. f) of legis. decree no. 196/03 informs you of the following, pursuant to art. 13 legis. decree no. 196/03..

1. Source of personal data
   Your personal data is acquired by TL.TI when you register on its site www.transpotec.it / www.transpotec.com.

2. Purposes of data processing:

Personal data is processed by TL.TI for the following purposes:

• 2.1. purposes strictly related to and required for the exhibitions and the events organised by the Data Controller. Enables you to receive our newsletter, issued on a regular basis. The newsletter is published for information purposes only, and you have the right to unsubscibe at any time by simply notifying TL.TI. that you do not wish to avail of this service any more;
• 2.2. only with your specific consent, statistical surveys and promotional material considered to be of interest to you regarding both activities and services offered by TL.TI., other Fiera group companies, and other third parties, including direct marketing services provided by us.
3. Type of data to be provided and effects of refusing to provide it

You are required to provide the data for the purposes described in point 2.1 above as it is necessary for pre-registration. If you refuse to provide this data, you will not be able to avail of the services provided by TL.TI Provision of the data for the purposes described in points 2.2 and 2.3 above is optional and the data may be used only with the express agreement of the interested party. If you refuse, your right to avail of the advantages provided by pre-registering will not be prejudiced in any manner, but the data controller would not be able to reach the aforesaid objectives.

4. Data processing methods

In relation to the above-mentioned purposes, the personal data may be processed through manual, IT or telecommunication instruments, including by third parties who have been expressly authorised by TL.TI to process the data. The data will be processed in compliance with the Privacy Code and the security provisions provided therein.

5. Categories of parties to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data as they are involved in processing it:

The data may be made available to the following categories of outside parties:

• companies or other parties that carry out outsourced activities on behalf of TL.TI;
• other companies who belong to the Fiera group.

Within the company organisation, the personal data of the interested party will only be disclosed to the members of staff expressly authorised by the Data Controller of the relative organisation and IT, technical and sales management.

6. Data supervisor

In accordance with the provisions of articles 4, paragraph 1, lett. g) and 29 of legis. decree 196/2003, the data supervisor is the company Fiera Milano Tech Spa, with registered offices in Piazzale Carlo Magno no. 1, Milan. Our server provider, Register.it , may process the data collected through the web site only for the purposes related to the site www.transpotec.com maintenance. The interested party may acquire further information on Register.it by visiting its site http://we.register.it/

7. Rights of the interested party

In accordance with art. 7 of legis. decree no. 196/03, you have the right to obtain the following from the data controller or supervisor:

1. source of the personal data;
2. purposes and processing methods;
3. logic applied if the processing is carried out with the assistance of electronic instruments;
4. identification of the data controller, the supervisors and the representative authorised in accordance with article 5, paragraph 2;
5. parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data can be communicated or who could become aware of it in their capacities as authorised representatives in the state territory, data supervisors or persons in charge of the data processing.

In addition you have the right to:

1. directly update, amend, or add information to your personal data, if it is in your interest;
2. get the deletion, conversion into anonymous form, or freezing of the data processed in breach of the law, including those which do not have to be kept for the purposes for which the data had been collected or subsequently processed;
3. the declaration that the operations, including the contents, referred to in letters a) and b) were brought to the awareness of those to whom the data was communicated or circulated unless this proves to be impossible or would involve the employment of methods that are clearly out of proportion to the right protected.

You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

1. to the processing of your personal data for valid reasons, even if it is pertinent to the purpose for which the data was acquired;
2. to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or making direct sales or for carrying out market surveys or sales communications.
