The trade of counterfeit products is one of the most relevant criminal phenomena that companies have to face and, in particular, those who invest in creativity, innovation and research.

For this reason, an intellectual property protection service will be present at the Fair, entrusted to the company Barzanò & Zanardo S.p.A., with the aim of supporting the Exhibitors in case of counterfeiting of the products exhibited during the event.

The Anti-counterfeiting Service, regulated by the rules edited by INDICAM _ Istituto di Centromarca per la lotta alla contraffazione (Centromarca Institute for the fight against counterfeiting), active during the days of the event, offers the opportunity to the Exhibitors owning brands/patents/designs registered with validity in Italy, to quickly acquire the proof of an alleged counterfeit and to ask for the removal from the exhibition spaces of the products actually recognized as infringing.

At the Anti-counterfeiting office it will also be possible to receive information on the instruments for the protection of intellectual property.
