Ford trucks: customers at its core

A first for Transpotec: Ford Trucks Italia confirms it will be taking part in the exhibition and bringing along its flagship F-MAX vehicle.

Ford Trucks is making its Transpotec debut, bringing its industrial vehicle range to the trade fair for the first time ever. The manufacturer looks, first and foremost, to the customer and their centrality, as Massimiliano Calcinai, managing director of Ford Trucks Italia, explained:

“For the first time, Ford Trucks Italia will be taking part in Transpotec Logitec, the most significant Italian transport and logistics event. We're finally at the end of a complex period which, over the last two years, has limited Ford Trucks’ organic brand awareness across Italy. Customer centrality for us is also a value that comes through personal contact. This sort of event is key for us in order to place the customer at the centre, to meet them, to understand their impressions and needs. The exhibition will be run in collaboration with its commercial vehicle cousins, precisely in order to clearly show the market the power of the Blue Oval”.

Transpotec will therefore provide an opportunity to check out the features and offers of the entire range of a brand that, where heavy-duty vehicles are concerned, after its launch on the market in 2019, is finally making its debut at the industry's leading trade fair where people will be able to get into vehicles and test their potential on the road as well.
