The value of partnerships: events at Transpotec Logitec
image
The events that will enrich the exhibition space of Transpotec Logitec are taking shape: opportunities to meet, share professionalism and passions, and enjoy an all-round experience.

One of Transpotec Logitec's goals is to address the sector with great concreteness and provide the necessary tools to meet the challenges posed by the market to haulage professionals. With the same intention are also conceived the initiatives and events organised during the days of the exhibition in partnership with the main realities of the sector - associations, publishers, trade organisations - aimed at contributing with value to the growth of the industry.

THE IMPORTANCE OF AFTERMARKET

According to data from the Truck Aftermarket Barometer - an initiative by the Aftermarket section of ANFIA in collaboration with the Automotive section of ASAP Service Management Forum - truck aftermarket is experiencing a period of great growth. The total turnover for the first half of 2023 showed a positive change compared to the previous four years: +13% compared to 2019, +55% compared to 2020, +8% compared to 2021 and +8% compared to 2022. As a consequence, Transpotec Logitec 2024 confirmed the appointment with the fourth edition of the Aftermarket Village, the global exhibition concept for truck aftermarket, organised by the magazines PARTS TRUCK and LOGISTICA&TRASPORTI. With a space of more than 2,500 square metres, the Village will host a large collective exhibition of after-sales specialists for heavy vehicles, with the presence of manufacturers of spare parts, components and equipment, service providers, and distributors.  As always, the area will be set up with business networking and training spaces to allow industry professionals to meet and exchange ideas.

TEST DRIVE AND USED VEHICLES IN THE OUTDOOR AREAS

When it comes to trucks, vehicles should be tried behind the wheel and not just looked at in the stands. During all days of the event, the outdoor spaces of Fiera Milano will host a special Test Drive area organised in cooperation with Next to the Truckers. On the track built for the occasion and with the help of instructors, visitors will be able to get on board and test the latest vehicles from the manufacturers present at the exhibition, as well as the widest range of engines (diesel, gas and electric).

The outdoor spaces will also host Piazza dell'usato, once again organised in collaboration with Next to the Truckers. Sustainability will be one of the main topics of this edition of Transpotec Logitec. With a view to circular economy, the event will dedicate a special area to second-hand vehicles, which will be selected by the best dealers according to strict reliability and safety standards, and available to the public for information and purchase.

THE PARTY OF CUSTOMISED VEHICLES

To conclude, on Saturday 11 May will be held the gathering of customised vehicles, a much-awaited event at Transpotec Logitec, which will transform the outdoor area into a real party that will enliven the last day of the event with passion and creativity. Airbrushed exteriors, interiors made with the most varied materials, the best of customisation, but also technological innovation to increase safety and comfort on the road - all this and much more will close the four-day event dedicated to the transport of goods.

There’s a growing interest around Transpotec Logitec, from 8 to 11 May 2024 at Fiera Milano, which this year will take place in the same days as NME - Next Mobility Exhibition, the event dedicated to vehicles, solutions, policies mi dispiaceand technologies for a sustainable mobility system, which is scheduled from 8 to 10 May.
